FEATURED MEMBER

Meet our ABWA member – Laurie Sullivan

Congratulations to Laurie – our 2024 Woman of the Year!

Laurie joined ABWA in 2018, after moving to Southwest Florida, and the Imperial River Chapter in 2022. Originally from the Chicago area, Laurie now calls Naples home and serves as the Director of Operations at STARability Foundation in Naples.

Laurie joined ABWA to meet like-minded business women. She loves the welcoming atmosphere of the group and the friends she has made in ABWA. She also enjoys the educational programs and leadership opportunities. Currently she serves as Treasurer and is a member of the Membership Committee.

Empowering Women through Educational Scholarships

Today’s scholarship recipients are tomorrow’s leaders.  ABWA members have provided opportunities for women to achieve their personal and professional best by championing educational opportunities through the Stephen Bufton Memorial Educational Fund (SBMEF). Since 1953, SBMEF has awarded almost 18 million dollars in scholarships to more than 17,000 women. To learn more about available scholarships, go to sbmef.org.
